Athletics Day

Athletics day was fun and I enjoyed it. I'm proud of myself for trying different activities even though I was never good as "sporty" people who participated. I was also happy because my Kaiahiku won, which is my house color. At the end of the day, I felt tired but happy.

Something I Learned Last Week

Something I learned last week was contemporary dancing. Contemporary dancing is a dominant genre, pioneered by Isadora Duncan. 

It is a type of dance performance mainly danced to the lyrics, barefooted. It can be categorised as lyrical, jazz, ballet and modern. 

Contemporary dancers usually move freely and gracefully with nothing much of a choreographed or fixed dance steps as the moves are based on the message of the song. In this way, dancers can interpret a story and easily connect with the audience.

Film

My plan for my film this term is about challenge, and I will work on it by animating it. Though it is my first time doing animation, I want try how far I can make my film creative this year. So I hope that the outcome of my film will be good and will meet my expectations.
